All purchases made through Clayworks El Paso are final sale.
Because Clayworks El Paso provides in-person classes, workshops, and studio services with limited enrollment and materials prepared in advance, we do not offer returns, refunds, transfers, or studio credits once a registration or purchase has been completed.
Classes & Workshops
Registration for any course, workshop, or studio session is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed classes, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, failure to attend, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refund, credit, or rescheduling.
By purchasing or registering for any class or workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellations by Clayworks
If Clayworks El Paso cancels a class or workshop due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.
Damages & Issues
Clayworks El Paso does not ship physical goods. All services are provided in person.
Ceramics is an inherently unpredictable process. Clayworks El Paso is not responsible for cracking, glaze variation, firing defects, breakage, or other changes that may occur during drying or kiln firing.
If you believe there has been an error in your registration, please contact us at clayworkselp@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, transfers, or session swaps.
Each class session is limited in size and reserved for enrolled participants only.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for any reason other than cancellation by Clayworks El Paso.
If a refund is issued due to studio cancellation, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
