The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 2 - OUR SERVICES

Clayworks El Paso provides in-person pottery classes, workshops, and studio experiences located in El Paso, Texas.

We do not ship products or provide remote instruction. All services are conducted on-site.

Ceramics is a natural and unpredictable medium. Clayworks El Paso does not guarantee specific artistic results, glaze outcomes, firing results, or finished appearance.

We reserve the right to modify instructors, curriculum, or scheduling when necessary.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, REGISTRATION & REFUNDS

When you place an order, you are registering for a class, workshop, or studio service.

All registrations and purchases are final sale.

There are no refunds, no transfers, and no studio credits.

Because studio space is limited and materials are prepared in advance, missed classes, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend do not qualify for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Clayworks El Paso reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If Clayworks cancels a class, a full refund will be issued.

Your purchases are for personal participation only and may not be resold.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your purchase.

SECTION 5 - PICKUP POLICY

Clayworks El Paso does not ship products.

All classes and workshops are in-person only.

Finished ceramic work must be picked up by the designated pickup date. Items not collected within 30 days may be discarded at the studio’s discretion without compensation.

Clayworks El Paso is not responsible for damage to work left beyond the pickup period.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, graphics, designs, and instructional materials, is the property of Clayworks El Paso and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or services. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their performance or accuracy.

Dismissal does not qualify for refund.

Participation in pottery involves inherent risks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

Participation in pottery classes and studio activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, allergic reactions, kiln-related injuries, tool-related injuries, slips, falls, and other physical harm.

By registering for or participating in any class or workshop, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with studio participation.

Clayworks El Paso, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from participation in studio activities.

By purchasing or registering, you agree not to hold Clayworks El Paso liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while on studio premises or participating in any Services.
